General Conduct
Guests must treat staff, property, and fellow guests with respect. Illegal activity, harassment, and disruptive behavior are prohibited. Management reserves the right to remove any guest who violates these rules.
Check-In & Check-Out
Guests must follow scheduled check-in and check-out times unless prior approval is granted. Late departures may incur additional fees. Only registered guests may access overnight accommodations.
Noise & Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Music, gatherings, and amplified sound must remain at reasonable levels and comply with approved event schedules.
Occupancy Limits
Maximum occupancy limits for rooms and event spaces must be observed at all times. Additional guests require prior approval.
Security
For the safety of all guests, public and exterior areas are monitored by 24/7 security cameras. No cameras are located in private rooms or bathrooms.
Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay or event. The property is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
Alcohol and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Event Guidelines
Setup and breakdown times must be followed. Outside vendors require prior approval. Decorations may not damage property, and items such as glitter or confetti may be restricted.
Overnight Accommodations
Guests must respect shared spaces and observe quiet hours. Only approved room arrangements and bedding setups are permitted.
Safety
Emergency exits must remain clear. Guests must follow all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions. Emergencies should be reported immediately to management.
