Skewed Orbit Studios is the ideal space for content creation, filming, photoshoots, small parties and events, weddings, workshops, and intimate gatherings.
Our studio includes lounge seating, four farm tables, a mobile bar / floral cart, spotlights and a stocked kitchenette. We offer flexible seating arrangements to accommodate your needs.
Featuring 15-foot ceilings, our 2100 sq ft loft comfortably seats 50 guests and holds up to 75. The open floor plan includes a small vanity room, a podcast recording room, a designated kitchen area and one bathroom. We offer a wide variety of included and additional bonus amenities to make your experience seamless and unforgettable.
Our modern industrial architecture, boasting numerous skylights, white brick walls, concrete floors, and metal ductwork, sets the backdrop for your creativity.
Nestled in Old Fourth Ward and steps away from the Atlanta Beltline and only a 5-minute walk from Krog Street Market, Studioplex was originally built in 1905 as the Southeastern Cotton Warehouse. Now a mixed-use commercial and residential building, it is a National Historic landmark.

Host rules
*Outside food & catering are encouraged.
*Guests may bring alcohol. The sale of alcohol in the space is strictly prohibited.
*We allow outside ticket sales for self-hosted events.
*Guests are welcome to bring equipment and props into the space.
*Our sound system is available to play your music.
*All events must end by 10 PM and hosts must be out by 10:30 PM. Unless otherwise arranged and is subject to availability.
*Moving any furniture pieces must be approved. If you need to hang banners, balloon arches, etc., let us know ahead of time and we will help facilitate.
*Nails, screws, staples, pushpins, heavy tape of any kind are prohibited.
*Open flames are prohibited. Battery-powered LEDS or fairy string lights are welcomed alternatives.
*Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted. We have a designated outdoor smoking section on the terrace above the main entrance of our unit.
