• Any damage to the space may result in an additional charge.
• Guests may bring coffee, pastries, deli trays, bagged lunches, and similar refreshments from any food provider for smaller or casual meetings.
• For full-service catering with setup, breakdown, and staff, guests should use the venue’s preferred caterers.
• Preferred caterers can also assist with tables, chairs, linens, and other rental items.
• Alcohol may be served by groups with the required insurance and service credentials.
• Coworking and private office members have 24/7 access.
• Non-members and day-pass users can book during regular staffed business hours only.
• All spaces must be reserved in advance.
• Coworking and private office plans include $90–$180 in monthly conference room credit, based on membership tier.
• Additional hourly or daily room use can be purchased.
• Only private office members may bring guests.
• Guests must be escorted at all times.
• Shared lounges, kitchens, and breakout areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
