Rules of the space

Host rules

• Smoking policy:
- No smoking, vaping, candles, incense, fog machines, or open flames anywhere on the property.
• Noise & Neighbor Respect:
- No loud music, yelling, or amplified sound. Quiet hours: 8pm to 9am.
• No Parties / No Events:
- No parties, gatherings, celebrations, or social events of any kind.
• Equipment & Foot Traffic:
- All equipment must be carried in and out carefully.
- No dragging cases, stands, or carts on floors or walls. No blocking common areas, hallways, or neighboring doors.
• Furniture & Layout:
- Furniture and decor may be moved only with host approval and must be returned to original placement before wrapping.
- Not standing on furniture. No leaning heavy equipment on walls.
• Decorations:
- No glitter, confetti, fake snow, powders, smoke machines, fake blood, or liquids that stain. All special effects must be disclosed and approved in advance.
• No alcohol consumption or illegal substances on the premises.
• Restrooms:
- Do not dispose of wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.
• Trash & Cleanup:
- All trash must be bagged and removed at the end of your booking. Excessive cleanup or damage will result in additional charges.
• Power & Load Limits:
- Do not overload outlets or power strips. High-draw equipment (large lights, heaters, generators) must be approved in advance.
• Filming Restrictions:
- No filming of: Neighbors, hallways, building exterior, entryways, address or identifiable signage, without prior written permission.
• Owner On-Site:
- At any time, an owner is required to be on site to help with any issues. If the shoot requires privacy, please request this prior to booking for approval.
• Termination for Violations:
- Host reserves the right to end the booking immediately without refund for any rule violations, neighbor complaints, or unsafe behavior.
