The Liberty Lounge boasts abundant natural light and views of downtown Ann Arbor. It’s an ideal setting for showers, receptions, off-site meet-ups, and small gatherings. Additional furnishings available upon request. The Liberty Lounge includes a collaboration-style table with seating across the lobby, kitchen and library. Additional furniture may be available upon request. Parking structures are located just around the corner in downtown Ann Arbor.
Food & Beverage
We welcome you to bring in food and refreshments to keep your meetings running smoothly. For lighter gatherings, feel free to bring in coffee and pastries, deli trays, or bagged lunches from any provider you choose. If your event calls for a full catering experience with setup, service staff, and cleanup, we recommend working with one of our trusted preferred caterers. These partners can also help with renting tables, chairs, linens, or other special items if your group requires additional furnishings beyond what BrightWorks provides.

We welcome you to bring lunch or other refreshments to BrightWorks to complement your conference schedule. For small or casual meetings, you’re welcome to bring coffee and pastries, deli trays, bagged lunches, and the like from any food service provider. If you’re interested in a more comprehensive catering experience, requiring setup, breakdown, and service staff, we invite you to choose one of the reputable vendors from our preferred caterers list. These well-respected partners can also assist with renting tables, chairs, linens, or other special touches for your meeting, if your group requires furnishings that are different from what we provide in-house at BrightWorks.
Alcohol
BrightWorks 777 welcomes the service of alcoholic beverages by groups who hold the proper insurance and service credentials. Standard coworking and private office members enjoy 24/7 access, while non-members and day-pass users must book during regular staffed business hours; all spaces must be reserved in advance.
Private office plans include a monthly conference room credit (ranging from $90–$180 depending on tier), with additional hourly or daily use available for purchase. Only private office members may bring guests, and guests must be directly escorted at all times. Common areas are open to all active members. Please be mindful of posted room capacities when reserving and using our spaces. Only ADA-certified service animals are permitted on the premises. Pets are not allowed. BrightWorks 777 is a smoke free environment, and any damage to the space will result in an additional charge.
