About this space
A professional photography area of 2,800 sq ft is at the heart of the studio and it features a 30x25 ft white cyc wall plus an electric paper backdrop system, which are ideal for magnificent, commercials, and large-scale productions. A 12 ft garage door lets in vehicles, equipment, or set builds very easily. Photography essentials which include stands, backdrop holders, and sandbags are provided to help production.
The 900 sq ft Black Box studio is a totally blacked-out, sound-proofed area for video, music, or photographer with dramatic effects.
The green room/lounge is a multi-purpose area— it can be used for client meetings, hosting small events, or turning into a magical set. You will also get a private dressing area and two bathrooms, which makes it very uncomplicated to host, crew, guests, or event attendees.
Prices
For Meetings: $100hr - 2 Hour Minimum. - No Cleaning Fee for Hourly Rentals.
For Events: $110hr (2-30 people) or $175hr (30-75 people). 5 Hour Minimum. Cleaning Fees (2 30 $125; 30-100 $175).
- 15% Discount for Full-Day (10hr).
The Cleaning Fee is Only for Full Day Rentals or Hourly Event Rentals.
There is No Cleaning Fee for Hourly Production/Photo/Video Rentals.
