I had a terrible experience with this studio and will never book here again! The studio confirmed my booking and I even have their written message offering me the time slot. I travelled 40 minutes in heavy rain by taxi to get there, only to be told on arrival that the studio was “not available” because they had given the same slot to someone else. To avoid wasting more time and money, I politely discussed with the other customer and we agreed to share the space. During the session, we could not use the speaker for music and were limited to a small back corner. The experience was nowhere near what I paid for. I kindly requested a half refund, since both me and the other group of customers were using the space and we did not get full access to the facilities. The studio refused, blamed me for their own scheduling mistake, and even claimed that because I tried to solve the problem myself (after they caused it), I was no longer entitled to a refund. Completely unreasonable!!!! Their communication was unprofessional, disorganised, and dismissive!!! Very unprofessional. Extremely POOR customer service!!!!!!! Never booking here again!!!

Spacious and good location
Wasnt given a full 3hours although my booking is 3hours. When we reach there is another class still going on, and was only able to enter at 1.20pm which is 20mins later than my booked timing and was ask to leave at 3.59pm

accessible affordable and easy to use
might wanna have a 15min buffer time between each booking period because I had to go in remind the person before me that their time is up, if I didn’t they wouldn’t have evacuated. and them evacuating took time too.
