About this space

L3 Space is an Event Space in Tea Chapter; an upstairs, secluded timber-floored room that retains the calm character of a traditional teahouse.

Design: The space has a high pitched ceiling with exposed dark timber beams, white plaster walls and rattan pendant lights. A polished wooden balustrade and varnished floorboards give the room a simple, traditional appearance.

Features: Air conditioning and Wi‑Fi are provided. Low wooden tables and bench-style seating sit on the polished timber floor, and a raised platform at one end serves as a focal area that can be used for demonstrations or a presenter. The open-plan layout allows furniture to be rearranged to suit the host's needs.

Ideal for: Small groups seeking an intimate, seated and relaxed gathering focused on discussion, instruction or demonstration.

What sets it apart: A wall-mounted projection screen is built into the front wall, allowing visual presentations while the room keeps its heritage layout.
