Deposit & Payment
• 50% booking deposit required to secure booking
• Balance payment due 7 days before event
• For bookings made within 7 days of event date, full payment is required upon confirmation
• Deposit is non-refundable upon confirmation

Terms & Conditions
• Venue rental period includes setup and teardown time.
• Hirers must return the venue in a clean and tidy condition.
• Any damage to furniture, equipment or fixtures will be chargeable at replacement or repair cost.
• No smoking, vaping, gambling or illegal activities permitted within the premises.
• Events generating excessive noise may be asked to reduce volume to respect neighbouring tenants.
• Decorations are permitted but must not damage walls, glass panels, furniture or fixtures.
• Confetti, glitter, smoke machines and open flames are not permitted.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• HMC reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate events that breach venue rules without refund.
• HMC reserves the right to amend venue policies and pricing without prior notice.
