The room is a rectangular, neutral-finished meeting space with carpeted floors, pale painted walls and recessed ceiling lights that deliver even, functional illumination. A defined front area sits opposite the seating field, creating a clear division between presenter and participants.

Room features: The room provides AV and conferencing hardware: a ceiling projector with screen, a flatscreen TV, PA speakers and conference-call facilities. A whiteboard and flipchart are provided for note-taking and facilitated activities.

- Giving less than 90 days' notice, but more than 30 days' notice before date of event - 80% charge of the entire
