2. Cleaning Responsibility & Charges
The venue does not provide cleaning services. Clients are required to arrange their own cleaning.
If the venue is not returned in a clean condition, an additional cleaning fee will apply. Charges vary based on the condition left behind and may include:
Basic cleaning (light dust, sweeping, mopping): SGD 1,950 – 3,250
Moderate cleaning (trash removal, surface stains, debris): SGD 3,250 – 5,200
Heavy cleaning (rubbish, stains, pest control): SGD 5,200 – 7,800+
Additional charges may apply for:
Bulky waste disposal
Pest control
Specialized floor cleaning (e.g., concrete/epoxy scrubbing)
3. All cleaning assessments are conducted post-event and billed accordingly.
