Musik Artz Studio Rental Rules

1. Please report punctually at your booking time.

2. No outside shoes are allowed in the studio. If you must wear shoes inside, please wipe the bottoms with a wet tissue beforehand. Thank you for helping us keep the studio clean!

3. There will be extra fee of $10/hr per pax if the number of users exceed the maximum capacity of 3 people in the room.

4. Bookings are not transferrable

5. Only bookings with full payment is valid. All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Change of booking date and time is not allowed, once payment is made.

7. No refund of the rentals paid for the studios shall be entertained should the User arrive late or vacate the premises before the stated date and time of use.

8. The User who leaves the studio after the designated time is liable to pay a proportionate amount of fee to the Studio.

9. The Studio reserves the right to forbid any User from entering the studio before the designated time.

10. The Studio reserves the right to cancel or change the date / time of booking if any unforeseen circumstances arise.

11. The Studio will not be responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that require the change of studio allocation.

12. Strictly no food and drinks are allowed in the studios. You are only allowed to eat at the pantry.

13. The Studio reserves the right to forbid certain parties from entering or continuing activities if the purpose of studio usage is inappropriate.

14. Any damage caused by the User to the properties, instrument, apparatus, fittings, etc of the Premises, shall be compensated for by the User.

15. The Studio reserves the right to add, to amend, and to cancel or suspend any of such Rules and Regulations.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
