The Ballet Academy is made for dance lovers and the Sin Ming - Swan Lake Studio is an exquisite space to perfect your art.
Here, you'll find all the standard ballet studio equipment, including balance beams, mirrors, and slip-resistant floors. In addition to this, our skilled and experienced staff will assist you and your team in developing new skills, learning routines, or mastering existing techniques.

The Client
- The Client agrees to hold full responsibilities for all claims, liabilities, and damages arising from any action or activity in the usage of the studio.
- All activities held in the studio during booked timings are to be in no way related to The Ballet Academy.
- The Client can only access the studio that has been booked, and no other venues within the premises.
- The Client must only use the studio during the booking time. There will not be any time extensions permitted.
General Studio Rules
- No smoking in the building
- No food or drinks are allowed in the studio.
- No shoes are allowed into the studio, except dance appropriate footwear.
- No adhesives are to be used on the studio walls or ceilings. All adhesives used on the flooring must be removed without leaving any marks or stains.
- The studio is not to be used for any other purpose other than the intention stated at the point of booking confirmation.
Rights​
- The Ballet Academy reserves the right to accept or reject studio booking requests.
- The Ballet Academy reserves the right to make any amendments, cancellations, and orders with regard to all studio matters.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
The Ballet Academy is an accredited Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) ballet school that offers a wide range of programmes for both children and adults. The studio provides RAD classical ballet syllabus and vocational grades for all ages and abilities including teens, adults, and even senior dancers (ages 55+). They also provide non-syllabus adult ballet classes and private lessons. Children as young as 2.5 years can start their journey here, beginning with "Dance To Your Tune" classes that aim to develop your child's physical skills, creativity, expression and musicality. Other programmes offered include "Silver Swans" (a slow pace class specially designed for older adult beginners) and "One Step At A Time" (a creative movement programme for children with special needs).
