Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks or food catering.

Can I decorate the space for my event?
Yes, light decorations (balloons, banners, etc.) are allowed.
Let us know in advance if you need any setup assistance.

Is there a time limit for event bookings?
Minimum booking is 3 hours, but you can extend it depending on availability.

What happens if we exceed our booked time?
Additional time will be charged per hour at the respective weekday/weekend rate.

Is there a cleaning fee deposit?
Yes, a $50 cleaning deposit is required upon booking. This deposit will be fully refunded after the event if the space is returned in clean condition.

Can we book the event space outside of staff operating hours (1 PM – 11 PM)?
Yes! You can still book the event space outside our staff operating hours. However, our staff will not be onsite to assist with board games or console setup. A set of instructions will be provided to ensure a smooth experience.

Do you charge any GST / Service Charge/ Hidden Fees?
No, everything you see listed in this brochure is NETT price, there is no extra fees or hidden charges.
