Pixels & Pieces is a compact social gaming venue centred on a curated library of board games and video consoles, which gives the space a casual, communal character.
Design: The interior uses a muted grey palette and raw-finish walls paired with warm wall lights and track lighting. The layout is compact and lounge-like, organised by arched alcoves, curtained bays and small wooden tables with mixed seating.
Features: The venue provides Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and a PA/speaker system; the room allows own music and hiring a DJ. Flexible small-table seating can be rearranged and curtained bays create private corners. Step‑free access is available, and an on‑site free‑flow snack and drinks bar is offered for a modest supplement.

Can I bring my own food and drinks or food catering?
Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks or food catering.
Can I decorate the space for my event?
Yes, light decorations (balloons, banners, etc.) are allowed.
Let us know in advance if you need any setup assistance.
Is there a time limit for event bookings?
Minimum booking is 3 hours, but you can extend it depending on availability.

What happens if we exceed our booked time?
Additional time will be charged per hour at the respective weekday/weekend rate.
Is there a cleaning fee deposit?
Yes, a $50 cleaning deposit is required upon booking. This deposit will be fully refunded after the event if the space is returned in clean condition.
Can we book the event space outside of staff operating hours (1 PM – 11 PM)?
Yes! You can still book the event space outside our staff operating hours. However, our staff will not be onsite to assist with board games or console setup. A set of instructions will be provided to ensure a smooth experience.
Do you charge any GST / Service Charge/ Hidden Fees?
No, everything you see listed in this brochure is NETT price, there is no extra fees or hidden charges.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
