Flexspace is a versatile 200 sq ft space with 24/7 access and the comfort of air conditioning. This space is perfect for a wide range of activities such as intimate meetings, engaging workshops, small social gatherings, pop-up retail experiences, live streaming events, and various services.
The space is equipped with stackable chairs 16 and foldable tables 8 for free use. New air conditioning has been installed. Has a 55 inch wifi capable tv.The tables and chairs are all foldable and stackable. Light food and drinks are allowed, but please remove them and clean up after use.
Complimentary fibre Wifi is available but we wont be responsibility for stability. Mobile data hotspot of major telcos works well in premise.
Please note this is a shared venue within a bigger unit. Please enquire only if you are ok with a shared space.
Please note that a refundable security deposit of $200 is required prior to the lease commencement. For leases exceeding 2 weeks, the deposit amount is $1000. This space can comfortably accommodate 1 to 15 individuals, making it suitable for a variety of needs.
