the catering is good, food is delicious. The drinks are free flow, so my guests are like it. We also pay for the ice-creams for the guests, so they like the ice-creams.
There are other public customers to come inside the venue to buy cakes or pickup the cakes even though we have rent the whole venue for private event. This make me embarrass coz some of the guests are already come for the event. Details: The staffs seems not know/not informed by their boss that the public customers should not enter the venue but can only wait outside the store. When I tell the staff that the public customers are not supposed to enter the store coz we have already paid to rent the whole store for private event, the staff just ignore me and continue entertain the public.
