About this space

The Mezzanine is a semi-private event space within State Of Affairs that provides a raised, segregated seating area above the main café floor.

Design: The Mezzanine has dark-green painted walls, exposed concrete flooring and metal furniture for an industrial-minimal appearance. The Mezzanine has low ceilings and compact proportions that create an intimate, enclosed feel.

Features: The Mezzanine includes a mix of small round tables, metal stools and a square table arranged for flexible seating. The Mezzanine allows guests to play their own music. The Mezzanine is accessed via an internal staircase and has a simple handrail.

Ideal for: Small groups will find the Mezzanine well suited to relaxed, conversational seated socialising or casual standing drinks.

What guests say: The Mezzanine is cosy and intimate. The Mezzanine can feel warm and slightly enclosed during busy periods.
