Setup and Teardown: Your booked hours must include all the time needed for setup and teardown. All guests and equipment must vacate the cafe by the end of your scheduled booking time.

Decorations & Damage: Freestanding decorations are welcome. Please do not use nails, staples, or heavy tape on our walls or furniture (damage-free Blu-tack is permitted but must be completely removed). Any damage to the space, furnishings, or equipment will result in an extra charge.

Alcohol Policy: Light alcohol (wine, beer, champagne) is permitted for private celebrations, but heavy spirits and rowdy behavior are not allowed to maintain the cozy atmosphere of the cafe.
