Étude Dance Studio is a versatile space suitable for ballet and yoga practices. Our studio can accommodate groups ranging from 1 to 12 people, with dimensions of 8.5m x 9.5m.
For dancers' utmost satisfaction, our studio is equipped with a top-of-the-line Harlequin Pro sprung floor, ensuring exceptional support and comfort. We go the extra mile by offering amenities such as wifi, a Sonos sound system, a JBL Flip 6 speaker with Bluetooth connectivity, complimentary bottled water, and air purifiers.
In terms of video recording, we provide 2 tripods for your convenience. Additionally, our studio is furnished with 5 double barres measuring 3 meters in length, 10 yoga blocks, 10 yoga mats, 12 lightweight TheraBands, 10 large exercise Swiss balls (ranging from 55cm to 65cm), and 10 small exercise balls (9 inches).
Please take note that our studio does not have lift access on-site.

- Étude Dance Studio shall not be liable to the Renter or the Renter's servants or agents or other persons in the Said Premises or persons calling upon the Renter for any accidents happening, injury suffered, damage to or loss of any chattel property sustained on the Said Premises
- Renter to be responsible for and to indemnify Étude Dance Studio from and against all claims and demands and against damage occasioned to the demised premises or any adjacent or neighbouring premises or injury caused to any person by any act default or negligence of the Renter or the servants, agents, licensees or invitees of the Renter.
