Cozy and clean studio, up to 9 yoga mats for students.
Located at 180B Bencoolen Street, The Bencoolen Office Tower, #08-01. S 189648.
We are located in the office tower, not retail mall nor residence.
This is our smaller practice studio, up to 9 yoga mats, spaced out comfortably.
Only bare-footed activities allowed: Yoga, meditation, dance (bare footed), workshops, presentations, work space.
Mat-sitting, no chairs provided. Loud noise not allowed.

2 electrical points in the studio (in at the front, 1 at the back)

Central aircon in the building, aircon operating hours:
Weekdays 8am-6pm
Saturdays 8am-1pm
Sundays and public holidays no aircon
Allowed to open windows when there is no rain.
Prices
Please include in your booking period, the time required for setup and cleanup, eg., if session is from 4-5pm, please book 3.45pm to 5.15pm if time for setup and cleanup/windup is required. Thank you.

Host rules
1) Only bare footed activities are allowed, no shoes allowed in the studio.
2) No food is allowed in the studio, participants may bring food and consume outside the premises.
3) Please remove any used tissues and wipe your spills/sweat on the floor.
4) Please wipe the yoga mats with the cloth and mat spray provided.
5) At the end of your use, arrange all mats, props and/or furniture back to their original position when you entered the studio. Return the studio to us the way it was handed to you.
6) No smoking is allowed in the building.
7) All food and beverages packaging to be disposed of in building's dustbin at the cargo lift area.
