Terms & Conditions:
• Minimum of 3 hours booking required.
• Cleaning Fee is included
• BOH Kitchen Rental is not included and is charged separately if necessary
• Rental amount includes basic kitchen rental, utilities and shared equipment usage (e.g gas and induction stoves, ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, mixers, sinks, utensils, pots and pans)
• Renter shall furnish their own food/ingredients, spices, kitchen towels, cling wraps, parchment papers, and disposable cutleries necessary for their process.
• The renter is to use all kitchen equipment and tools with care. If damages are made, Let's Yori! Korean Cooking Studio reserves the right to charge additional expenses to the renter
• Cleaning such as washing of pots, pans, kitchenware and utensils, sweeping and mopping of the floor are all provided by Let's Yori Korean Cooking Studio.
• The renter is required to clean the studio counter-tops and sinks in the condition it was found upon rental before leaving the premises.
Corkage fee of $30 applies for every bottle of wine and non-duty free liquor (incl. GST)
• Rates are subjected to prevailing GST, and changes by the management.
• Site Set-Up : Setting up must be done during the rental period. If more time is needed for preparation, the Renter shall be charged the applicable hourly rate(s).
• Rental Overrun : Applicable rate(s) will apply for any rental beyond our operating hours (10AM- 8PM). Refer to the hourly rate table.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
