The nearest sheltered car park to the studio is at Pinnacle @ Duxton, Blk 1F. From the car park, you can go up to Level 3 and exit. There will be a sheltered walkway leading directly to TPCC.

2) No smoking in the premises
3) Strictly no food items thrown into the studio's rubbish bin
4) Guest is responsible for ensuring compliance to all health and safety guidelines of Singapore.
5) Guest is to return premise as per original state; any materials from workshops, parties, etc. must be disposed of by the guest
6) Guest is responsible and liable for all activities conducted on the premise and waive all liability and indemnify host on any charges or liabilities that result from the activity of the guest
7) No pets/animals allowed in the studio
8) Turn off all AC, lights and speaker before leaving the studio
9) Leave things back to their original place before leaving the studio

Gentle reminder that bookings are by the hour, which means the studio should be wrapped up and locked by the end of your booked time. If your session runs more than 5 minutes beyond your booking, it will be rounded up and charged as an additional 15-minute booking. Please do factor in packing up and clean-up time when making your reservation.
