Yes, the venue’s sound system is intended for speech and soft background music, including music from presentation slides and videos. For any dance performance, singing, karaoke session or other entertainment, organisers must arrange their own sound system, including speakers.

Yes, seating arrangements can certainly be customised, and the venue would be happy to discuss preferences in detail.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required upon confirmation. The balance must be settled by cash or credit card two weeks before the event date.

Power plugs are available; however, there are fewer than 10 units on site.
