- No smoking/vaping, including e-cigs, are allowed in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- No loud music allowed after 9:30pm. Please keep noise level to a minimum after 9:30pm.
- All construction, including drilling and hammering, is only allowed from 8am - 7pm.
- The hirer acknowledges receiving the studio/equipment from us in a good, clean, and perfectly working condition unless specified in the equipment/studio details. Rawspace will not guarantee, assume responsibility or make any claims of the performance of the equipment once it is passed on to the hirer.
- The studio/equipment should be used with care and respect. The hirer should not in any way permanently modify or alter the equipment/studio.
- At the end of the booking session, the studio/equipment should be returned to Rawspace in the same condition as when received. All garbage is to be disposed of by the hirer, and all equipment returned to their respective areas of the studio. Should there be damages or additional clean-up involved for the equipment/studio, the hirer shall be held responsible and the corresponding maintenance fees will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

FAQ
No, image references of past client setups are not available because they were private to those events. Current photos or videos of the space can be shared instead, and prospective clients are welcome to arrange a recce to view the layout.
Yes. The lighting uses a Philips Hue system, allowing full control over brightness, colour and warmth, so the ambience can be adjusted to a dimmer evening setting if preferred.
