• No illegal activities. Guests must comply with all Singapore laws.
• Please keep noise to a reasonable level and be considerate of neighbouring units.
• No outdoor footwear inside the studio. Clean indoor shoes or bare feet only.
• No food or drinks inside the dance studio. Drinking water in sealed bottles is permitted.
• Please keep the studio clean and tidy throughout your booking.
• Return all furniture, equipment, and props to their original positions before leaving.
• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused during the booking.
• Do not stick, tape, nail, or pin anything onto the mirrors, walls, glass, or flooring.
• Do not drag heavy equipment or furniture across the dance floor.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• The studio must be vacated by the end of the booking time. Additional charges may apply for overtime use.
• Switch off lights, air-conditioning, and electrical equipment before leaving.
• Ensure the studio is securely locked when your booking ends (if applicable).
• The studio is intended for dance, fitness, rehearsals, workshops, and similar activities. Activities that may damage the flooring or disturb neighbouring units are not permitted.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring that all participants comply with these studio rules during the booking.
