• The studio equipment can be used by renters at no additional charge.
• Renters are to handle all equipment with care. Renters are liable for any damage to the studio space and equipment.
• Any cost for repair or replacement of any damaged equipment are to be borne by the renters.
• It is the renter’s responsibilities to maintain the cleanliness and order of the studio space.
• Renters are to return any furniture and equipment to its original position before leaving the studio.
