* To keep the space comfortable for all users, we kindly ask guests to observe the following:
* Please use the rooms only for music practice, recording, teaching, rehearsals, or approved private
sessions.
* Food and drinks should be kept outside the piano area.
* Please treat all instruments and studio equipment with care.
* Please do not move the piano or major furniture without approval.
* Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the booking.
* Please keep noise within reasonable limits when entering and leaving the studio.
* Please return the room in the same condition after use.
* Smoking, alcohol, parties and loud non-music gatherings are not permitted.
