Capacity Policy
• Maximum 4 participants for music-related sessions.
• Maximum 6 participants for dance-related sessions.
• Additional attendee/add-on pax charges apply automatically where permitted.
Prices
• Listed rates apply during off-peak hours. Peak hours are subject to availability and an additional charge of +$20 to +$60/hr applies.
• Morning bookings are fully self-service, with studio staff typically available from 12:00 PM onwards.
• First-time guests may request a studio orientation before their booking.
• Any additional equipment or studio add-ons must be requested and approved before finalizing your booking request.

By confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms:
🎹 VENUE ASSETS
• Inclusions: The Yamaha Grand Piano and Private Cinema System are available based on your approved event type.
• Piano Safety: Food, beverages, and liquids of any kind must be kept at least 2 metres away from the Grand Piano at all times.
• Liability: Guests are strictly liable for any damage caused to the piano, projector screen, mirrors, furniture, audio equipment, or venue assets during the booking.
🍹 CATERING & CLEANING
• Catering: External catering and self-catering are permitted.
• Clean-Up: All trash, leftover food, decorations, and personal belongings must be completely removed before your booking ends.
• Extra Fees: Additional charges apply if excessive cleaning or waste disposal is required post-event.
🕒 TIMING & OVERTIME
• Punctuality: Your slot includes your own setup and teardown. All guests, vendors, and gear must vacate the venue by the scheduled end time.
• Extensions: Extension requests are subject to availability and charged in 30-minute increments. Any portion of an ongoing 30-minute block is billed as a full 30-minute extension.
🚫 PROHIBITIONS
• Strictly Prohibited: Smoking, vaping, open flames, and artificial smoke/haze effects are not allowed. Only battery-operated/LED candles are permitted.
• Fixtures: No drilling, nails, screws, pins, or strong adhesive tapes on walls, mirrors, or venue surfaces. Easily removable materials (like blu-tack) are allowed.
• Noise: Keep volume levels respectful in common corridors when arriving and departing.
👥 SAFETY & FILMING
• Safety: Occupancy must not exceed the agreed capacity tier. Emergency exits and routes must remain completely unobstructed.
• Filming: Commercial filming, photography, livestreaming, and media production are permitted. Large production crews or specialized gear must be declared and approved prior to the booking date.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
