About this space

A whole-venue apartment that combines Japandi minimalism and warm timber detailing to create calm, uncluttered interiors.

Design: The interior uses a neutral, pared-back palette of pale plaster and soft wood, emphasising clean lines and rounded joinery. Lighting is soft and diffuse thanks to large fitted blinds and simple pendant fittings.

Features: The apartment provides air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi for reliable comfort and connectivity. A PA system and speakers are installed, and guests may play their own music. Large windows supply abundant natural light during the day.

Ideal for: Small groups and creative teams seeking relaxed, sociable, seated gatherings in a minimal, uncluttered setting.

What sets it apart: A curved built-in timber bench and low round table form a permanent, intimate seating niche that focuses conversation and small displays.
