Host rules
1. Free-flow soft drinks and drinking water will be provided. You may bring your own food and additional drinks as well as disposable cutlery (eg. plates, forks, spoons, cups, etc) UNLESS you cater from us.
2. Red wine is allowed onboard. However if any spills that result in stains, cleaning/replacement fees will be charged.
3. Party poppers, flower pedal, confetti, balloons, heavy duty tapes, scotch tapes, nails, staples are not allowed onboard.
4. Bring your own towels & toiletries.
5. Due to safety - No water activity or swimming allowed from 7:00pm.
6. No refund for cancellation, postponement is allowed subjected to terms & conditions and availability.
7. Changes to date and/or time of booking will incur $300 admin fee on top of reschedule fees and terms & conditions as stated in the invoice.
8. No refunds if lesser pax attend or for canceling any services booked and no offsetting of the amount paid for one service for the other.
9. In case of engine or mechanical failure we will postpone the trip and no refund for cancellation. In case of aircon, microwave, fridge or audio system failure we will still continue with the trip and there will be no postponement or refund.
10. In case of rain before the charter, trip will be postponed for up to 30 minutes if possible; If bad weather persists, guests will be able to reschedule at their convenience at the sole discretion of the skipper; no refunds for cancellations. If it's light rain we will still go ahead with the charter.
11. No cooking allowed onboard. Microwave can be used for heating food but you have to bring microwaveable containers.
12. Sentosa island entry fee must be paid at toll gates by the charterer. Sorry we don't give out complimentary entry tickets for it.
13. We only have life jackets for children from 5 years old onwards only. If you have babies and have much younger kids of below 5 years of age please arrange your own jackets.
14. No pets allowed.
