A practical, presentation-focused event venue characterised by an open flat plan and clear sightlines suitable for AV-led meetings and sessions.

Design: High exposed ceilings and visible service runs create an industrial, functional interior. Neutral pale walls, patterned carpet and linear overhead lighting keep the space visually restrained and workaday.

Features: An installed PA system and two freestanding display screens provide a presentation-ready setup. Wi‑Fi and air conditioning are available. Movable chairs allow flexible theatre or classroom layouts. Accessible toilets, wheelchair access and a step-free entrance are included. Own music or a hired DJ are permitted subject to a noise restriction.

Ideal for: Professional teams and organisations running seated presentations or training sessions that require AV support and an accessible, focused layout.
