The 2nd Floor is an Event Space in ice&time, defined by a long communal wooden table that structures the room.
Design: The room presents a low, horizontal profile with exposed white beams, pale floors and simple contemporary finishes. The palette is restrained, punctuated by green-trimmed openings and a mix of pendant and recessed lighting.
Features: A PA system and speakers are installed and the space allows guests to play their own music. Air conditioning maintains a consistent temperature and large windows provide natural daylight. Seating is arranged as upholstered booth bays and movable stools, and a counter at the far end serves as a small service point.
Ideal for: Small teams and social groups seeking a relaxed, seated meeting or an informal, social gathering.

Keep pathways clear; emergency exits must remain unobstructed.
Be mindful that the café downstairs is still operating.
Food & Beverages
Optional catering from ICE&TIME café: tea, drinks, Kakigori desserts.
No outside alcohol without prior approval.
External catering allowed only with prior consent.
Cleaning & Tidiness
Return tables and chairs to original positions after use.
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Additional cleaning required due to improper use will be charged.
Noise Control
Maintain moderate noise levels to avoid disturbing the café and neighbors.
Any audio equipment or amplified sound must be approved in advance.
Liability & Safety
The organizer is responsible for the behavior of participants.
The venue is not responsible for personal belongings.
Any accidents must be reported to the venue manager immediately.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requires confirmation; fees or deposits may be retained.
