This second-floor space above ICE&TIME works well for meetings, workshops, team discussions, and small private events. It has a more relaxed, café-style feel, which makes it a good fit for groups that want something comfortable and less formal than a standard meeting room.
The venue can host up to 40 guests and is split into two flexible areas. The main area fits up to 25 people, while the breakout area works for around 10 to 15. The layout gives you a bit of room to separate activities or run smaller sessions alongside the main event.
Catering can also be added from ICE&TIME café downstairs, with specialty teas, drinks, and Japanese-style kakigori desserts available. It’s a practical option for groups that want a straightforward space with a bit more character.

Booking must be confirmed in advance with payment or minimum spend.
Please arrive at the scheduled time; early setup or late extension may incur extra charges.

Food & Beverages
Optional catering from ICE&TIME café: tea, drinks, Kakigori desserts.
No outside alcohol without prior approval.
External catering allowed only with prior consent.
Cleaning & Tidiness
Return tables and chairs to original positions after use.
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Additional cleaning required due to improper use will be charged.
Noise Control
Maintain moderate noise levels to avoid disturbing the café and neighbors.
Any audio equipment or amplified sound must be approved in advance.
Liability & Safety
The organizer is responsible for the behavior of participants.
The venue is not responsible for personal belongings.
Any accidents must be reported to the venue manager immediately.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requires confirmation; fees or deposits may be retained.
