Arc-en-ciel Pâtisserie (pronounced “ar-kon-see-ell”, meaning rainbow in French) is a dessert destination dedicated to Japanese-inspired ice cream parfaits.
What began as a mousse cake specialty shop has evolved into a first-of-its-kind concept in Singapore, where seasonality, balance, and thoughtful pairing take centre stage. Each month, our menu features three parfaits — two seasonal creations and Eve’s Garden, our signature.
For private events, we bring this philosophy beyond our doors, offering an intimate space and bespoke food and dessert experiences designed to delight and linger in memory.
