1. Please put everything back to its original place after the shoot / filming.
2. Please clean up everything.
3. Lock the front door if no one is in the house.
4. No painting or alteration of walls, furniture, or any items in the house
5. If it rains, please close the sliding doors.
6. Please let us know in advance if you plan to :
a) Move any large furniture or breakable items (e.g. TV, curios, lamps, etc.)
b) Install anything in the apartment
c) Use any kitchen or electronic appliances
7. If you need to use the venue for longer time than intended, please let us know as early as you know this. Our overtime charges are at a fixed rate of S$120 per hour.
8. If anything breaks or is spoiled during the shoot, do let us know by the end of the shoot. These will be charged at replacement cost.
9. For use of beds, please bring your own linen
10. If you plan to consume food at the venue, please bring your own crockery & cutlery
