The studio is intended for focused creative use only (recording, production, songwriting, editing).
• Maximum capacity: 4 persons at all times.
• Minimum booking duration must be respected.
• Weekend bookings have a 4-hour minimum.
• No parties, social gatherings, or event-style bookings.
• No alcohol, smoking, or vaping inside the premises.
• No loud shouting or uncontrolled noise outside of studio use.
• All equipment must be handled with care.
• Do not move, rewire, or reconfigure studio equipment without permission.
• Any damage to equipment or property will result in repair or replacement charges.
• Booking time must include setup and teardown.
• Overtime is chargeable if the session exceeds the booked time.
• Guests are expected to work independently in a professional studio environment.
The host reserves the right to end a session if house rules are not respected.
