Host rules
All set-up must be pre-approved by Altro Zafferano. The Client may not, without the prior written agreement bring any signage, banner, flowers, balloons, audio and visual equipment, food, drinks or spirits into the venue for use during the event or setup. The location of any items being carried in by the Client for placement within the restaurant should be indicated on the floor plan provided and approved by Altro Zafferano prior to confirmation of the event. Changes to the agreed positions will not be entertained on the day of the Event.
