Good communication with owner. The place was in a warehouse building but was cosy and pleasant. It had good amenities such as TV with Karaoke system, small fridge, toilets, wifi, etc. I was able to connect my laptop with my own HDMI cable to play my songlist. My guests had lots of fun at the foosball table. There were sufficient tables for our group of 24 people. There were also many extra chairs available for use. Very happy I found Bearyfun Studio and my guests all had a good time :)

The venue is one of its kind in Singapore, thanks to the large warehouse industrial interior and most amazingly the projectors on the floor and wall that really help to elevate the space and event. Perfect for any form of branding expression and creative vibe. The owners are also extremely helpful and accommodating, they really did all they could and went the extra mile to help us with our setup! The venue itself is very big and clean, and it really helps that it’s on Level 1 and at the entrance of Tong Lee Building so it’s easy to find! Definitely a great space for any kind of event! Highly recommended
