Host rules
We require a deposit of £20 per person for all reservations above 6 guests. This is fully refundable if cancelled no later than 3 days before reservation.
Anything below 6 people, please book via the website.
10 Tib Lane is wheel chair accessible on the ground floor, though we do not have wheelchair amenities, before booking please contact us at bookings@10tiblane.com
Please be aware our bathrooms are located on the top floor.
Dress Code - No football shirts or fancy dress.
No under 18’s after 9pm.
We cannot provide high chairs.
