Space was great with its own bar and toilets; nice separation from rest of venue, so guests did not need to enter main venue to come/go speaker system easy to use when using own device, staff were amazing.

To use the screen and projector, you just have to bring a laptop with an HDMI input.

Yes, the music can still play at the same time.

Yes, that is possible. From experience with other parties, most guests will stand, mingle and dance rather than sit. The fixed seating provides around 25–30 seats; the two tables with chairs provide only eight more seats and block quite a bit of the dance floor. However, the foldable tables are easy to collapse, so one can be moved to the side if more dance space is required. Two extra tables with chairs have been noted for the layout.

Yes, a 360 video booth can be brought to the venue.
