Caru by Candlelight is a small wine and brandy bar defined by a curated wine-and-cheese pairing programme.

Design: The interior is compact and low-ceilinged, finished in exposed stone and deep red-painted walls. The room has mixed vintage seating, small round tables and low pendant lighting that create a snug layout.

Features: A staffed bar serves a focused list of wines, brandies and cocktails alongside cheeseboards and charcuterie. The cheeseboards feature IJ Mellis cheese and East Coast Cured charcuterie, and bottles include the venue's Caru brandy liqueur. The space provides Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, natural light, a PA/speaker system, and allows own music or a brought-in DJ.
