About Tiger Bites Pig
I suppose you might be wondering what our name means. In Taiwan, some bao are described as 'Tiger Bites Pig' because of their mouth-like shape and pork filling. Our aim is to deliver delicious Taiwanese-inspired food. Our rice bowls represent the cuisine of Sichuan province. We use traditional methods wherever possible for all our dishes.
Although service is quick, every element of our menu is made in-house. Many of our processes are lengthy and require a great deal of time and care, such as kimchi fermentation, house pickling and meat braising. Our food is far from the typical Chinese takeaway!
