Meetspace VR in Birmingham offers immersive team-based gaming experience. The venue provides a bar area for drinks, Zero Latency VR space, VR Escape Rooms, VR Quest Arena, and a gaming lounge with Nintendo Switch and PS4 games.
Space hire includes Zero Latency Free Roam VR Experience in the Main Arena and 10% off food and beverages in our bar. With a Game Host and Coordinator available, it's ideal for school trips, kids' parties, adult birthdays, fundraisers, team-building, stag parties, family gatherings, and corporate events.

Host rules
• No smoking allowed in the building.
• Players must be over 10 or 12 years old to play, depending on the game.
• Anyone aged 14 or under must be accompanied by an adult. The adult is not required to play but needs to be present.
• We recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing and footwear as the experience is physical and in the summer months can make you warm.
• Glasses can be worn with all of our VR headsets, however, larger frames may be uncomfortable to wear so we do recommend using contact lenses where possible.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking to get signed.
• If your group is arriving separately we ask that the booker passes on the booking confirmation which includes directions and arrival times.
• We don't have cash machines and don't accept cash for any purchases in-store.
• Damage done to the space will result in extra charge.
