Adherence to the maximum occupancy of the space is required. The room can accommodate up to 155 people standing, 111 seated in rows, or 52 seated at tables.
- Setup and Cleanup:
Guests are responsible for setting up and breaking down their event within the rental period. All personal items, decorations, and trash must be removed from the premises by the end of the rental time.

Open flames, fireworks, or pyrotechnics are not allowed inside or outside the studio.
