I absolutely loved everything and would definitely recommend Clayton Hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality and service. Kecia was incredibly accommodating, respectful and attentive throughout. She genuinely treated everything as though it was her own function, and it was such a pleasure working with her. Bless her, and thank you for making the experience so special. ❤️
The only limitation was the inability to bring in an external catering service for a private function, especially for meals that guests would have really enjoyed. If this could be reviewed and worked on, I genuinely believe Clayton Hotel would be an even stronger force to contend with. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily recommend the hotel to others.
