Welcome to Birmingham Brewing Company, where we've been crafting quality beers in Stirchley, Birmingham, since 2016. Our mission is simple: to brew exceptional, distinctive beers that every Brummie can enjoy and proudly associate their name with.
We firmly believe that exceptional beer starts with the best ingredients. From British Floor Malt to hops, barley, oats, and even Welsh mountain water, we've sourced top-notch components to create the perfect brew for every occasion.
We're all about inclusivity, which is why all our beers are vegan and gluten-free. No fish guts here; we use enzymes to clear our beer, resulting in brews that are not only vegan and gluten-free but also lab-tested to contain less than 20 ppm of gluten.
