• Guests must respect the venue, staff, equipment, furniture and other guests at all times.
• Any damage caused during the booking may be charged to the organiser.
• No outside alcohol is permitted. All alcoholic drinks must be purchased from Dose Bar & Lounge.
• Outside food, catering, cakes or decorations must be agreed with the venue in advance.
• Decorations must not damage walls, furniture or fixtures. Confetti, glitter, smoke machines, candles or open flames require prior approval.
• DJs, live entertainment, photographers and other external suppliers must be approved before the event.
• Music and entertainment must comply with the venue’s licensing requirements and agreed event timings.
• The agreed maximum capacity must not be exceeded.
• Guests must follow the venue’s age restrictions and may be required to provide valid photographic ID.
• Illegal drugs, weapons, threatening behaviour, violence or harassment are strictly prohibited.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving inappropriately or putting guests or staff at risk.
• The organiser is responsible for the behaviour of their guests throughout the booking.
• The space must be left in a reasonable condition at the end of the event. Additional cleaning charges may apply where excessive cleaning is required.
• Events must finish at the agreed time, and any extension must be approved by management.
• Any special requests or changes to the agreed event setup must be discussed with Dose Bar & Lounge in advance.
