Booking & Timing Information
Please ensure you book adequate time to allow for both set-up and pack-down when scheduling your event. This will help everything run smoothly and avoid any time pressures on the day.
Any time exceeding your confirmed booking will be charged accordingly.
If you feel you may require staff support for your event, please contact us directly to discuss your needs, as staffing is charged separately.

⏰ Time & Access
• Access is only permitted during the agreed booking time.
• Late departure will incur additional charges.
• All guests must vacate by the agreed end time.
🗣️Noise & Conduct
• Music and amplified sound must remain at an agreed level.
• Events must be respectful of neighbouring businesses and residents.
• We reserve the right to end an event early if behaviour is unsafe, illegal, or disruptive.
🧹 Cleanliness & Damages
• The space must be left in the condition it was found.
• All decorations, rubbish, and personal items must be removed at the end of hire.
• Any damage to furniture, fixtures, or equipment will be charged to the hirer.
• No confetti, glitter, or open flames without prior approval.
🖥 Equipment Use
• Projector and screen use must be requested in advance.
• Hirers are responsible for handling equipment carefully.
• Technical support is not guaranteed unless agreed beforehand.
👥 Capacity & Safety
• Maximum capacity must not be exceeded (40 seated / 75 standing).
• Fire exits must remain clear at all times.
• The hirer is responsible for guest behaviour.
👩💼 Staffing
• If staff support is required, this must be arranged in advance and will incur additional fees.
🚭 Smoking Policy
• This is a strictly no-smoking and no-vaping venue.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the premises.
• Guests must use designated outdoor areas where applicable and dispose of waste responsibly.
