No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building.
The freight elevator is shared with other tenants and must be booked in advance for load-in and load-out.
Respect the space. Leave it in the condition you found it.
No excessive noise outside of permitted event/shoot hours.
All load-in/load-out must go through the loading dock and freight elevator unless otherwise arranged.
No open flames, confetti, glitter, or materials that are difficult to clean without prior approval.
All events, builds, and productions must be pre-approved and aligned with the booking details.
Guests and crews must remain within the rented area at all times.
The renter is responsible for any damage to the space, elevators, washrooms, or common areas.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day
