Had the most incredible experience hosting our engagement party at Wavy Venue. The venue was beautiful and service was phenomenal. The owner was very accommodating through the entire event life cycle. They are quick to respond, addressed all matters promptly and professionally, and made themselves available throughout the event to ensure things were set up in a timely manner and operated smoothly. They also are well connected with various vendors that you’d typically like to have at your event. Truly a one-stop five star shop. I highly recommend!!!!

This is the first time using this platform, and I have to say this was a great experience from start to finish. Andy and Miruna were the most gracious hosts, they made the process extremely easy and made me look like a star event planner for my wife's birthday bash. It's also important to mention that my wife is a professional event planner, and I knew her standards would be high. My wife and the guests were all impressed, and are still raving about how amazing and unique the space was. I definitely recommend this place for larger social gatherings and corporate events. About Wavy Events
Our space offers a luxurious and trendy 3800 sqft. space in the heart of downtown just steps away from CTV (formerly Much Music), designed for all types of creative work and events.
The space comes with a selection of carefully curated furniture pieces to create a warm and cozy mood in a luxury space. Suitable for all kinds of uses – birthday parties, engagements, photoshoots, yoga, podcasts, music videos, wedding parties etc.
Space Features:
•Ample natural light
•12’ high ceilings
•Free high-speed WiFi
•Bluetooth speaker connection
•Air conditioning / heating
•Additional props (i.e. accent chairs, plants etc.)
•Full length mirrors
•Full kitchen
•100” TV
•Private bathrooms
•Proximity to many shops, food and hair/beauty services
OVERTIME
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Giggster.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
