Barber chairs, stations, mirrors and anything else you’d like removed from the space for your event will be done by our team before your event starts. The space boasts abundant natural light, soaring 12' high ceilings, and complimentary high-speed WiFi for seamless connectivity. Set the mood with a Bluetooth speaker connection, and enjoy climate control with air conditioning and heating. Thoughtfully chosen props, including accent chairs and plants, enhance the atmosphere, complemented by full-length mirrors for those perfect moments.
A fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary creations, and a 100" TV stands ready for presentations or entertainment. Private bathrooms add convenience, while the proximity to a plethora of shops, delectable dining options, and hair/beauty services completes the experience.
Please be respectful of the space. There is no smoking allowed indoors. If you make a mess, we provide all the supplies needed to clean it up. You are responsible for any property damage cause by you or your party. Outside food and drinks are permitted. Loud music is also permitted as the space is very private and sound proof.

Our space offers a luxurious and trendy 3800 sqft. space in the heart of downtown just steps away from CTV (formerly Much Music), designed for all types of creative work and events.
The space comes with a selection of carefully curated furniture pieces to create a warm and cozy mood in a luxury space. Suitable for all kinds of uses – birthday parties, engagements, photoshoots, yoga, podcasts, music videos, wedding parties etc.

OVERTIME
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Giggster.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke.
